Refund and Return Policy

At Chubnaapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury footwear purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. This includes all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided for all returns or exchanges.
Please note that items that show signs of wear or damage, or that have been altered in any way, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@chubnaapo.com or call (262) 293-9909 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
Prepare Your Return: Once you receive the RA number, pack the items securely in their original packaging (if possible). Include your proof of purchase, and make sure the items are in original, unused condition.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made in processing your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request for a refund or exchange. You will be notified via email once your return is completed.
3. Refund Process
After we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Amount: Your refund will include the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any non-refundable shipping fees. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Partial Refunds: If your returned item does not meet the return criteria (e.g., damaged or worn), we may issue a partial refund or decline the return entirely.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return procedure outlined above. After your return is processed, we will send you an exchange for the desired item, subject to availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the defective or damaged item and issue a full refund or send you a replacement, at your preference.
Please include clear photos of the defect or damage in your return request to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased from final sale or clearance.
These items are clearly marked on the product page or at checkout.
7. International Returns
For international returns, the process is similar to domestic returns, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. International returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and items must be in their original, unused condition.
8. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chubnaapo.com or call (262) 293-9909. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may return the item(s) once they are delivered.
